Website terms
The terms that apply when you use anchorstudio.io and its public content.
These website terms are a practical draft and require final legal review before production launch. Signed engagement terms govern paid project work.
Website information
Website and Insights content is general information, not legal, clinical, financial or other professional advice. Regulatory context can change and should be checked against current primary sources and advice appropriate to the situation.
No project agreement
Using this site, sending a brief or booking a call does not create an engagement. Scope, fees, timing, responsibilities and project-specific terms are agreed in writing before services begin.
Compliance services
Where specialist compliance services are required, the relevant scope and decision-maker will be identified. Review does not guarantee acceptance by a regulator, platform or third party, and the publisher remains responsible for final publication decisions.
Intellectual property
Website content and the Anchor Studio identity remain the property of Anchor Compliance Pty Ltd or the identified rights holder. Project ownership, licences, third-party materials and transfer conditions are set out in the applicable engagement agreement.
External links and services
Links to regulators and third-party platforms are provided for convenience. We do not control their availability, content or privacy practices. Mentioning a platform we work with does not imply a formal partnership or endorsement.
Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Any project-specific limitations are contained in the signed engagement agreement.
