Privacy notice
How Anchor Compliance Pty Ltd handles information collected through Anchor Studio.
This notice is operationally aligned to the planned Studio systems and requires final legal review before production launch.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide in contact, project brief and newsletter forms, including contact details, organisation details and project context. We also retain consent source and time, confirmation state and relevant attribution parameters. Standard security logs may include device, browser, network and request information.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to assess and respond to the request, prepare an engagement and maintain relevant business records. Newsletter details are used only after explicit consent and confirmed opt-in. Contact and project forms do not subscribe you automatically.
Service providers
We use Supabase for database, authentication and editorial storage; Resend for transactional and opted-in marketing email; and Vercel for website hosting and deployment. These providers may process information in other countries under their own security and privacy arrangements.
Analytics and cookies
We do not currently load third-party analytics, advertising pixels or analytics cookies on this website. Essential browser storage may still be used where it is required for security or core site functionality.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to restrict access, protect credentials and keep service-role secrets out of browser code. Retention depends on the purpose and applicable business or legal requirements. Information is deleted or de-identified when it is no longer reasonably required.
Access, correction and complaints
You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold, withdraw marketing consent, or raise a privacy concern by contacting hello@anchorcompliance.io. You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if a concern is not resolved.
